Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ICT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in assessing and managing Information Security risks, recommending technology solutions, developing security strategies, and ensuring clients' IT environments align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 0 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to understand and support business processes.
- Ability to identify and communicate potential risks related to systems, people, technology, and operational disruptions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to assist in resolving issues related to technical challenges, stakeholder disagreements, or resource constraints.
- Knowledge of Information Security / IT Internal Controls frameworks and professional standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 22701), IT Audit/Assurance frameworks/standards, and IT Regulatory requirements (e.g., EBA ICT, SWIFT-CSP, GDPR) will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, technology providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies (e.g., EBA, CySEC, CBC).
- Work closely with IT teams, Compliance Offices, and other stakeholders to design compliance programs and business workflows.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to validate project expectations.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, detailing project status, risks, and mitigations.
- Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes, particularly around compliance and data security.
- Conduct ICT audits to assess IT systems against industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement customized compliance frameworks that adhere to regulations like ISO27001, DORA, PCI DSS, and NIS2.
- Deliver Information Security awareness trainings to internal and external customers.
